This is a handmade custom eye shadow pressed in a 26mm pan, mixed with all natural pigments and ingredients, pressed with jojoba oil and Vitamin E oil for extra silky-smooth skin feel and super pigmentation, silicone-free!
This color is inspired by Dragon Age 2’s mage apostate Anders, and is the shimmery, glittery teal blue of Justice having a good day.

The pic on my screen makes it look like a light charcoal colour, the description calls it teal. To me it's a very pretty light grey-blue with a strong gold shift. Goes on somewhat sheer and more gold without primer, with primer it's a nice rich colour with a more subtle shift. I just wish the maker listed all the ingredients. 5 stars if the ingredients list were complete.
